Social media users began claiming that she is the daughter of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, widely known as "El Mencho", shortly after reports emerged that the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) has been killed in a Mexican military operation. As soon as the unverified rumour surfaced on social media, it quickly spread across platforms, fuelling debate about his family and speculations over who might succeed him. Amid the ongoing buzz around Jessica Johanna and Laisha Michelle, let's do a fact-check about Alyb0ba. Controversy erupted online after an X (formerly called Twitter) account called @Alyb0baClips, which bills itself as the 'official clip page of the most toxic Latina on Kick', alleged that streamer Alyb0ba’s father, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, better known as “El Mencho", had been killed.

The post quickly circulated across social media, igniting debate over whether the content creator had any connections or links to the alleged leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. One X user wrote, "Damn, that was her dad?"While another said, "They know her father is the head of cartel yet she still streams without being in custody 😂🤲🏼"

Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, widely known as El Mencho, was one of the most notorious traffickers on the United States' most-wanted list for years. On February 22, 2026, he was killed during a Mexican military operation carried out in Puerto Vallarta.
